Refund policy

We want you to love your SLOMO watch. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a refund, it should be returned just as it arrived:

• Unworn, with no signs of use.
• Protective stickers still applied.
• Bracelet and clasp unadjusted.
• Original packaging and all included materials intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Duties, taxes, and import fees may not be refundable, depending on the destination country and how the return is processed.
